Pool is a walk-in concrete sculpture built in 2015 by the cultural collective GetRich on a patch of wasteland in Offenbach's harbour. YRD.Works took part as members of the collective. After the club sculptures Holzhausenstraße and Holzhausen, the collective was looking for a way to hold techno events outdoors without burdening the neighbourhood with noise. To do this, they built a room without a ceiling: a self-cast swimming pool without water, painted light blue, whose walls prevented the sound from escaping.

For several summers, Pool served as a venue for open-air events of techno and music culture. GetRich collaborated there with DJs from beyond the region such as Francesco Del Garda, Willow and Nu Guinea, and several events were held with the collectives HardWorkSoftDrink, loof.tv and Re:boot Africa. People danced in the empty pool.
